DIGITUS® Professional is ready for the European Construction Products Regulation (CPR)

From Q2 2017 we offer you DIGITUS^® Professional Cables, which comply with the current Construction Products Regulation (Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 // EN 50575).

The new regulation is already valid since July, 2013 for permanently installed cables and lines. These must now be classed concerning there fire behaviour. On the 01st of July, 2017 the transition period for manufacturers ends.  The big change in the specifications is the substitute of the fire prevention class IEC 60332 by a row of euro of classes (Aca – Fca).
