Whistleblower reporting centre

The EU Whistleblower Directive protects people who report violations of EU law in companies or public authorities from reprisals. It obliges organisations above a certain size to set up secure internal reporting channels and ensure effective protection measures for whistleblowers.

In cooperation with AGAD - Arbeitgeberverband Großhandel-Außenhandel-Dienstleistungen e.V. - we therefore provide an ombudsperson who can be contacted by email, telephone or in person by employees and external partners.

An ombudsperson is an independent and neutral point of contact who receives and examines complaints, information or concerns from individuals or groups and, if necessary, acts as a mediator or clarifier. The aim is to deal with grievances, conflicts or breaches of the rules in a fair, confidential and impartial manner.

In this function, the AGAD guarantees you absolute discretion and provides a secure channel for whistleblowers.
