New trainees and a increasing number of training programs

The growing influence of digitization in the professional world is increasing the demand for skilled workers in the digital environment. For this reason, we have again expanded our training program this year, after last year's first apprenticeship in e-commerce. With the new IT apprenticeship, our training portfolio has grown to a total of 8 different professions.

We welcome a combined number of 6 new apprentices and one trainee. This brings the current number of apprentices at the Lüdenscheid headquarters to 20:
