1. APPLICATION

2. EMPLOYMENT TEST
Once you have convinced us with your application, we will then invite you to see us in Lüdenscheid for the next step of taking our employment test!
3. PERSONAL INTERVIEW
Upon successful completion of the employment test, you will be invited to attend a personal interview with your future trainers and coaches. This meeting will help us get to know you better and to find out more about what you have learned so far. At the same time, this will be an opportunity for you to get to know more about the company and its employees.
4. APPRENTICESHIP
Once you have convinced us that you are a good fit, you will start your apprenticeship on August 1 of the following year. Your good performance during your training with us will mean that we will offer you development perspectives in the form of full employment and further qualification measures, as well as active collaboration in a motivated team, ongoing assessment of your performance level and bonus options for particularly good training completion.
