Lüdenscheid, 19.01.2023 (PresseBox) - Assmann Electronic GmbH is once again pleased to have received the "Top Company" award this year. Every year, the online rating platform kununu honors the most popular employers in the DACH region with this seal. For Assmann, this is the second award in a row - the company already qualified for the award last year.

Kununu is Europe's leading employer rating platform for employees, trainees and applicants. All the ratings that individual employers have received from current and former employees are included in the award. The anonymity of the ratings ensures that the assessments are authentic. Those who want to obtain the coveted seal must meet strict criteria. These include a minimum score of 3.8 out of a possible 5 points overall as well as in the employee evaluations. Here Assmann was able to convince with an average of 3.9 points and is thus even above the average value of the IT industry in general.

For example, Mr. Lothar Schwemm, CEO of Assmann Electronic GmbH, congratulated a whole 18 employees on 10 years of service at the Christmas party in December. 6 employees were even pleased to receive congratulations on their 20th anniversary - a sign of the strong bond with the company and the associated job satisfaction.
