The DIGITUS® audio converter converts your digital audio signal from a coaxial interface into an optical signal via the TOSLINK™ interface. In addition, the reverse conversion of a digital optical signal into a digital coaxial signal is possible (bidirectional converter). This conversion allows you to connect your modern playback devices such as TV, media player or DVD/Blu-Ray player with Cinch or TOSLINK™ connectors. Not only is 2-way conversion possible with this converter, you can even use one input signal for both corresponding outputs on the opposite side. This means you can use both TOSLINK™ and Coaxial sockets simultaneously to connect two output devices at the same time. The integrated signal amplifier allows you to transmit audio signals over longer cable lengths. You can conveniently select the input socket using a switch on the side of the enclosure.
